<p><span>• Teams of 4, playing in 2 pairs of Four-Ball Betterball Stableford – 85% Handicap Allowance (Max Playing Handicap 18) • Teams will play in split pairs with another pair from a different team as designated by the Committee. • The combined 4BBB score of both pairs will represent the team score. • Players must have a valid WHS number and be a current member of an affiliated Golf Club. Players with “Igolf” handicaps are not eligible. • PLAYERS MUST HAVE 3 QUALIFYING INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION SCORES IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE. GENERAL PLAY SCORES DO NOT COUNT. IF A TEAM HAS A NON-ELIGIBLE PLAYER, THE TEAM IS DISQUALIFIED. • Men – Blue Tees • Local Rules – see separate sheet • Play will be 4 balls only unless stipulated by the Committee • Scoring - Rule 23.2b applies: The side's gross scores for each hole must be entered on a single scorecard and, in a handicap competition, each partner's handicap must be entered on the scorecard. For each hole: • The gross score of at least one partner must be entered on the scorecard. • There is no penalty for entering more than one partner's score on the scorecard. • Each score on the scorecard must be clearly identified as the score of the individual partner who made it; if this is not done, the side is disqualified. • It is not enough to identify a score as the score of the side in general. Only one partner needs to certify the hole scores on the side's scorecard under Rule 3.3b(2). • Pitchmarks – All players please repair at least one pitchmark on every green, even if it’s not yours! • Please be at the tee 5 minutes before your allotted start time but start on time! • The maximum allotted time for today’s round which is: 3 hours 50 minutes. TO KEEP PLAY MOVING ALWAYS PLAY A PROVISIONAL IF THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR BALL MAY BE LOST!! • Always keep up with the group in front and avoid slow play • REGISTRATION – Please register and pick your card up from the Professionals Shop • RETURNING YOUR SCORE - All scores must be returned using the P.S.I. Terminal in the Clubhouse. Once a score is returned using the P.S.I the card must be placed in the COMPETITION BOX, underneath the terminal. A card that is not entered into the Competition Box when the score returns are deemed to be closed at the conclusion of play will be deemed as a NIL RETURN and any “TWO’S” discounted. The card needs to comply with Rule 3.3b(2) & Rule 23.2b before being placed in the competition box. • Two’s Comp – Separate competition enter in the Pro Shop • Two’s Comp – Two’s need to be recorded by the player via Mobile Score Input. A Two recorded on a card but not returned electronically will be excluded from the Two’s competition. If a player cannot record a Two into the scoring system he must inform the Secretary of his Two before the close of the competition.</span></p>
